The Obs Across Encounters widget has a parameter “maxRecords=x” which limits the result to x encounters. However, if there are more than x encounters that satisfy the critieria it returns the x oldest encounters, when it should really return the x most recenter.

It should return the most recent regardless of what the order property is set to (ascending or descending)… ie no matter whether we want to display the obs with the oldest first or the most recent first, if we are limiting the display we want to limit by most recent.
