* UHM-4381 - Support loading constants.yml into Initialization JsonKeyValue structure
* Improvements related to 2 pending tickets - add more files to ignore to the watch command to include all hidden files (eg. those prefixed with "." and subfiles/folders, add date/time logs to the watch output in order to more easily tell when it last ran, and ensure the jsonkeyvalue generation is done even when no dependencies are declared.
