    ER-88 Create a sidebar on the patient.html view to hold a list of possible actions.
    Two directives and one service were implementated:
     - actionButton to toggle the sidebar;
     - actionSidebar to hold the necessary HTML;
     - sidebarService to control the sidebar behavior;

    The backButton was refactored in order to work on the navigation header on the patient.html.
    The directives-test.js was created to hold all the necessary tests.
