    HTML-759 Drug Order Widget - expand validations processed in the DrugOrderSubmissionElement, ensure these validations are populating the correct error fields on the form.  Add hooks into the validation framework to ensure the form is correctly rendered and re-populated with the submitted data upon validation failure.  Add in an alert warning when encounter date changes may clear out or impact drug order fields.
