    UICM-90: datetimepicker parses String params into appropriate data type.
    * UICM-90: The datetimepicker should be able to parse parameters into the expected datatype if provided as strings

    * UICM-90: datetimepicker able to parse dates provided as string

    * UICM-90: Parsing operations should be Exception safe

    * UICM-90: Removing unnecessarry string to date parsing operations
