O3-4073: Add some Neglected Tropical Diseases to conditions
Adds Diagnosis concepts (and associated mappings) for: mpox, chickenpox, and influenza, schistosomiasis and helminthiasis, leishmaniasis, leptospirosis, and ascariasis, visceral leishmaniasis, cutaneous leishmaniasis, sleeping sickness, cryptococcal meningitis, and mycetoma.
The reason for the jump in versions is because I released several versions with these changes over the last few days as I found additional diagnoses to add.
